Yes, one of our staff member will wait for you on the way out of the airport or pier, based on your request, to welcome you and take you straight to the resort in our exclusive and comfortable shuttle branded Suvaki, also taking care of your luggage. As soon as your booking is confirmed our staff member will get in contact with you to have details regarding your time and place of arrival and departure.

Check-in time starts from 16.00pm, check-out is within 10.00am. If you wish, on the day of your arrival and/or departure, you can leave your luggage in our storage room and relax in the swimming pool while waiting for your room to be ready or for the departure time. On request, you can add a late check-out with an additional fee, subject to availability.

Yes, Pantelleria is reachable with the ferryboats managed by Siremar and Compagnia delle Isole, and through the hydrofoils of the Liberty Lines Company, all with departure from Port of Trapani. We offer assistance to all our guests to organise their travel.
Yes, we have a team entertaining adults and children. Its members will take care of you with daily and evening activities. Furthermore, there is also a Miniclub area, a Fitness Area, sports grounds, etc.
It is possible to visit the island both thanks to our car/scooters and bikes rental office (Hertz) and our excursion office inside our building, where you can plan a guided walking or boat tour, trekking paths, diving and food and wine itineraries.
It will be possible to either book before your arrival or choose directly in our resort the best solution for your holiday. For further details and assistance, a team member will be at your beck and call.
Pantelleria town is about 8 minutes from our resort. It is possible to reach the town with our transfer service available twice a day (extra fee) or by public transport (bus stop 100 meters away).
Pantelleria is a volcanic island so there are not sand beaches. However, there are comfortable facilities made in lava terrain for an easier access to the sea. Suvaki Resort overlooks the sea and it is the only one that has a private sun deck area equipped with sun bed, beach umbrella and lifeguard service.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in our panoramic restaurant with sea view. In our reception it is possible to book meals if they are not included in your package, the price will be charged in your account or immediately. Draught drinks are included. Lunch is arranged in a buffet of grilled vegetables, starters, pastries, main course, fruits and ice-cream; dinner is served with main courses and second courses grilled at the moment. If you rather have a light lunch you can find snacks and ice-creams in our bar located in the swimming pool.
Absolutely not! If you suffer from allergies, food intolerances or would like to follow a specific diet, you can inform our reception and try different sweet and savory dishes, from fruit to jam and several products available just for you.
The Club Card is a mandatory card that includes drinks for your meals (water and wine on tap), daily and evening entertainment, mini club area, the use of sun beds and beach umbrellas in our swimming pool, the daily use of oursports facilities (gym, football and tennis playground), beach/pool towel (to use exclusively within our resort), transfer service from/to port and airport.
Our guests can benefit of an allocated area, next to the entrance, where it is possible to park easily. Our parking is unattended but it will be available free of charge.
No, our resort does not have a SPA, but Pantelleria is an open sky wellness center. In fact, the island offers several thermal spots easily accessible and surrounded by nature. We suggest you to reach them asking details in our excursion office.
